    Thank you for your recipes? I’ve been detoxing but didn’t realize the colonoscopy would interfer so much. I’ve been asked not to eat seeds, nuts, beans, whole grains, dried fruits for 5 day before and no raw fruit or veg 3 days. I’m avoiding grasses so no oats. Any ideas about what I can eat aside from veg. broth?

      I’d suggest easily digestible soups, casseroles and curries, full of cooked vegetables with added proteins such as garbanzo beans or lentils.

    I’ve just started it’s my second day on detox it’s for 10 days I have severe ibs and I’m limited too what I can eat normally is there a cereal of anything else that I can eat I can eat beans please help I’m struggling I’ve googled for hours I work from home I need quick easy foods xxxx

    Thankyou somuch for sharing on best diet for detox.am on a 90 days detox and almost erapsing 60 days.but I have lost somuch weight,I sometimes eat sweet potatoes and plain jungle oats away from veggies and fruits to prevent weight loss but I have kept on loosing weight.what can you recommend to prevent weight loss during detox?thanks on anticipation

      Yes, I have the same problem. I don’t want or need to lose weight on a detox. I’d suggest including nuts, seeds, coconut milk, avocados that are high in good fats – and more complex carbs such as brown rice, oats and other grains. IMO 90 days is too long for a detox, especially if you are wasting away.

    I stumbled across your page and was reading inquiries and testimony , and was moved!
    I am starting a 25 day detox, lots of exercise and change my diet , what would you suggest for an older male , going backpacking the next 30 days,
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

      To tell the truth, I would NOT start a detox at the same time as a backpacking trip. You never know what reactions you may have from the detox – and a nearby toilet may be necessary!
